Situated in a privileged area of Luanda, with entrance on the side of Rua Major Kanhangulo, this unique building harmoniously unites residence, office and retail.
The office area has 42 units that are located all over the first eleven floors. With four office spaces per floor used as open-space. There is always the possibility to join several units on the same floor, creating bigger spaces.
In bringing together contemporary design and technology in a pleasant conjunction, the result is a distinct formal and functional equilibrium throughout the building. This is clearly visible in the modern design where the choice of materials reigns. A good example are the windows composed of anodized aluminum framework in its natural color, and the double reflecting glass, also is the individual climatizing per unit and floor, without neglecting comfort in each area. Additionally we find this in the independence of accesses between the residential and the office area, as well as in the vertical independent entrances and circulation areas (stairs and elevators). |

| Provided with sophisticated equipment that permits an elevated flexibility adopting easily to the demands of your business, the office spaces of Edifício Baía are created with pavements that use an elevated modular floating floor; as such making it possible to put on a posterior coating. The walls, ceilings and footers are hold in white shades permitting a swift change. Bathroom pavements, walls and furniture are made of a mix of polished white stone, Glasstone type. The sanitary ware has a sleek, modern touch, visible in the sophisticated wall-mounted toilet and the rectangular basin put in the furniture. |
